I painted the Polypipe logo onto four pvc machine covers this month. It was nice job especially as I was working in the warm for a change.

A lovely job this month as I had the chance to paint a new tea & antique shop which has opened in Branston. The shop is in the centre of the village in what used to be the old post office. As well as the main sign I painted some pictures on the walls of the inside of the shop. I painted a picture of the white rabbit on a wall in the tea room and a paragraph from the book on the beam. In the toilet I painted a picture of the Mad Hatters tea party and also a couple of verses from the “Alice in Wonderland” book. It was great working for Tracy and Stuart who are really nice people. I’m glad to report that the shop has now opened and is a great success and a real asset for Branston. I’ve also had lots of great feedback and more work from the customers.
Another new sign for the lovely Hayley at “Bull Ring Barbers”” in Horncastle Trees, trees, treesIt is Christmas banner time again and one of the many is for a Christmas Tree Festival. Let’s hope they sell out.
A great morning painting inside for a change in the warm. I painted the “Ward Cole” Logo on to their reception wall at their newly decorated offices in Lincoln.
Two very different hanging signs to do this month. The first one was a large farm hanging sign out in the countryside. The second was a small hanging sign for Graham Fidling of Woodhall Spa. Both were a joy to paint.
