Another visit to Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Horncastle to update their Head Boy/ Girl boards. I also added a new Head Teacher to another board which amazingly goes right back to 16th Century!
Nice to work for the very popular “Teahouse in the woods” in Woodhall Spa once again .
With two new boards and all the special boards updated. Always nice to work with Natalie and Steve. Another two scooter panels this month always popular and always a pleasure to work on. I love the shape of these panels. They are like works of art and would look fantastic on a wall.
Surprisingly yet another set of legs to paint for “Truley Vintage” of Horncastle. This week mannequiin legs but next week ........ in the hands of the very talented Jacquie a very stylish lamp... watch this space!!
Back in Woodhall Spa this time it was the canopy at the very successful “Silk Orchid” Restaurant on the main road. It’s the third time I have painted a canopy for the ”Silk Orchid” over the years and it’s always nice to be asked back. The canopy is cloth and not vinyl which is always tricky to paint but does look awesome.
Some fun projects this month.... Firstly a set of five Bart Simpson boards including one cheeky one. They were a real joy to paint & are destined for a shed wall. The second job was the Trotter van which was another fun and enjoyable job for the same client.
It’s always great to paint birthday banners and this one was no different. It was for sheep loving Keira. A big thank you to Keira for sending This lovely picture from her party..... Oh to be 18 again!!
This month I went back to the lovely and very popular Leadenham Tearooms to deliver some more signs. Lots of framed signs for inside and outside of their Award winning shop. As always it was a warm welcome by Kirsty & Kate, the two lovely ladies. Also a big ’’Thank you’ for the wonderful coffee and cake. Also a big thank you to Richard Burton for all his hard work in making all the fourteen framed boards for me.
